Peggy’s 20 year career has spanned both corporate and university environments, where she has coached, trained and facilitated the development of hundreds of individuals, teams, and organizations who seek to optimize their leadership performance. Her passion and expertise lie in helping leaders and their organizations explore what drives their decisions in order to create more intentional, focused and sustainable results.

Peggy earned her MA in Counseling at Wake Forest University, her MEd in Instructional Design at the University of North Carolina, and her BA in Psychology at Grove City College. She also achieved the National Certified Counselor designation in 1984.
On a personal note, Peggy has a strong commitment to personal wellness. She teaches yoga and stress management, enjoys hiking, and likes to spend much of her spare time in the great outdoors.
